Warehouse Associate

You'll be responsible for processing and putting away merchandise, picking and packing merchandise for the stores, conducting Store-to-Store transfers, and helping with cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy. You will be helping fuel the entire enterprise by making sure merchandise is handled efficiently, with attention to detail, and with an emphasis on operational rigor and inventory excellence. This position is a full-time, salaried, non-exempt position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process merchandise in a timely and accurate manner

Put merchandise away for storage according to warehouse standards

Facilitate transfers between channels as requested, including picking product for web orders

Pick merchandise for stores efficiently and accurately

Pack merchandise for stores to ensure merchandise integrity

Put away merchandise from returns from customers or other departments within the enterprise

Provide excellent customer service to all departments throughout the enterprise

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

Ability to consistently lift packages of 70 pounds or more and work on your feet most of the time

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with broad role definition

Raw Materials Assistant

As the Raw Materials Assistant, you will assist in all aspects of fabric and trim, Sampling/Production/MTM order placement and tracking as well as maintaining the Raw Material Libraries. This position is a full-time, salaried, non-exempt position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Place sample and production POs for all raw materials after handoff from Raw Material Manager

Communicate with mills in the PO process: email official PO, receive order confirmations, record confirmed shipping dates, follow up with mills to be sure raw material ships on time, track raw material shipments

Enter all fabrics ordered for sampling/production into the Fabric Assortment document

Assist in timely fabric liability report receiving from factories

Assist Raw Materials Manager in spot checking and maintaining accurate monthly liability reports from all factories

Communicate with cross functional teams about the shipping and delivery status of all raw material on order

Assist in MTM swatch card preparation for both seasonal and year-round fabrics

Assist in maintaining the MTM fabric attribute table

Assist with Made to Measurement fabric order process

Assist in building liability fabric library and updating the library bi-weekly

Assist Raw Materials Manager in creating and maintaining Mashburn raw materials library

Assist on special projects on Product Team as needed

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

Team player, flexible, willingness to roll up sleeves and pitch in where needed

As a Men's Sales Associate in our Sid Mashburn Georgetown shop, you will be responsible for demonstrating the brand values in how you engage with and take care of customers. You will create a welcoming and memorable brand experience in the shop by discovering and assessing client needs, suggesting thoughtful solutions, building trusted relationships, and maintaining timely follow-up. You will enhance and develop the business by proactively reaching out to clients and sharing information on new products and events. You will also contribute to daily operations of the store to maintain our brand standards throughout all areas of the business. Opportunities for both full-time and part-time positions.
