It's the definitive guide to French cuisine for American cooks, with 524 recipes that cover everything from tarte Tatin to boeuf bourguignon, plus helpful tips on technique. Also, the reissued cover is quite nice, so it can happily live on the kitchen counter and not tucked away in a cupboard.
